The Most Amazing Green Smoothie

I have never really been a fan of smoothies. They are either too sweet and make my stomach upset or they are way to... gross. David has been experimenting with smoothies for a while now and he finally found one that I LOVE. He made is up, a modification of his normal green smoothie (which I do not like because apples make a grainy smoothie).

Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:

2 bananas

1/2 lime juice

4 cuties

1/2 tsp of chia seeds (ground in blender)

1 TBSP PB Fit

1/4 cup of oats (ground in blender)

Almond milk to preference of consistency

2 TBSP Applesauce

1/2 cup Spinach , frozen preferred

1/4 cup Frozen Strawberries

1 tsp of ground flax seed

Add all in a blender and blend until smooth. Please note that this recipe is his guestimation of the actual measurements but these are indeed the actual ingredients. Enjoy the yummy!!

COOKING TIPS

#1 

Add spices a little bit at a time. You can always add more but you can't take it back. This includes and is especially applicable to salt.

If you don't like an ingredient, don't eat it. Either leave it out, substitute it, or find a different recipe.

Don't be afraid to try new foods or ingredients. Even if you have never had Pho before it doesn't mean what you make (whether it turns out to Pho or not) won't be delicious.
